Happy Anniversary
Valle de Guadalupe’s Fuego Restaurant & Lounge is celebrating it’s year anniversary with 5 of 
#mexico’s famed chefs and dinner guests on Saturday, April 11th, 2015. Hailing from Baja California and Mexico City, chefs Israel Montero (Kaah Siis), Esteban Lluis (Ambar Cocina Urbana), Bianca Castro(Biscotti’s Repostería Artesanal), Denisse Zamudio (Patiseria), Maribel Villareal (L’abricot Brasserie) and Host Chef Mario Peralta will woo your taste buds.
A 7PM cocktail reception will begin the evening affair followed by an intimate, nine-course dinner with Baja wine pairings from Viñas del Sol, Vinícola Torres Alegre y Familia, Shedeh, Totos, and Emevé vino wineries.
Tickets are $60 per person.
