If you have ever headed to Del Mar Highlands of Del Mar Heights Road, you have probably experienced the nuisance of trying to find parking in the center. With all the upgrades of restaurants and shops of the center in recent years, shoppers have seen a huge influx of traffic in the area. Trying to find parking in the shopping center can be a

To alleviate the congestion and attract more customers, the center is constructing a new three-story parking structure.
