Little Hurricane Blowing Dirty Blues Through Downtown Thursday

Guests this Thursday to The Museum Of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) should be prepared as Little Hurricane will be blowing through for their Thursday Night Thing (TNT) with some help from The Howls, another San Diego local band The group’s dirty blues are set to complement the museum’s three new exhibitions and will no doubt add a good vibe while guests sip cocktails and nibble bites from the MiHo Gastrotruck .

Fresh from SXSW, Little Hurricane is a don’t-miss mess of blues and rock with a tinge of The White Stripes every now and again. The duo won Best New Artist at the 2010 San Diego Music Awards, and have enjoyed a good following since. Their show last year at The Belly Up was amazing.

More on the band to come, until then, check them out live. If you can’t make this show, catch them at the Casbah on April 28.
