San Diego dining explorers just got another amazing chef to tout in the Gaslamp Quarter! The VIP opening of Blush Ice Bar with executive chef Daniel Barron was well-attended with plenty of curious food explorers ready to check out the fully remodeled corner location in the Gaslamp Quarter. Bloggers, media, foodies and food industry people enjoyed the Blush cocktails in their massive central bar, oysters at the raw bar and tray passed bites.
I’ll head back to try dinner once they are open to the public but as for the bites I did try, they were well worth the wait.
