a Filipino food journey
Tara Na means Let’s Go. Cur8eur [online]‘s Marie Tahan Daniels and Chef Craig Jimenez want to take you on a Filipino food trek in this fun pop up.
The first in the series of dinners will start with a kamayan of traditional foods. A kamayan is the Filipino tradition of eating with your hands. Future dinners will explore different regions of Philippines in a progression from casual traditional to modern fine dining interpretations.
Special pop ups will feature cultural cross-overs with Filipino cuisine that will pique your curiousity. We can’t wait to share our food with you. Salamat.
*Because of the nature of the dinner, food preferences and sensitivities cannot be accommodated. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thanks for understanding.
