Savor the golden hour and step straight from the sand onto The Shores Restaurant for Happy Hour and Taco & Margarita Mondays. Relax and unwind with friends, soak in the sunset, and sip on refreshing cocktails paired with tasty bites from Executive Chef Mike Minor’s new menu celebrating the neighboring Baja coast. The new Happy Hour is served Monday through Thursday from 2 to 5pm. Indulge in food and drink specials starting at only $7 each. Bites include Asada Fries with grilled skirt steak, mexican cheeses, pico, guacamole, garlic ancho aioli, jalapenos, a fresh Ceviche Mixto Tostada with shrimp, fish, cilantro, lime, cucumber, avocado, jalapeno aioli, serrano chile and Street Corn with cotija cheese, lime butter, chipotle aioli, tajin, among other options. Beverages include house wines, craft drafts, and bottled beers.
Start your week off right at Taco & Margarita Mondays from 5 pm till close. Pair a refreshing Shores Margarita with two signature tacos for $30. Enjoy your choice of a la carte taco selections including Baja Fish, Al Pastor or Asada.
And on Thursday nights, vibe to live music from 5 to 8 pm while taking in the stunning panoramic views of La Jolla Cove as you enjoy an approachable, coastally inspired menu with Mexican-inspired flavors.
