This Mother’s Day, The Westgate Hotel invites families to celebrate Mom with the sophistication and utmost style she truly deserves. San Diego’s very own Parisian palace, located near the historic Gaslamp Quarter, is creating a magnificent holiday experience with elegant Mother & Daughter Teas and an exquisite award-winning Sunday Champagne Brunch.
Mother & Daughter Teas: The Westgate Hotel’s afternoon tea, hosted in the Grand Lobby, is the perfect place to share family time. While relaxing to the melodious sounds of a harp, guests will indulge in a delightful array of delicious tea sandwiches and pastries as well as scones paired with traditional teas and a glass of champagne. Home-made macaroons will be offered as a giveaway to each mom to commemorate this special day. Mother & Daughter Teas will be available on both May 12 and May 13 from 2:30 – 5 p.m. The price is $50 for adults and $35 for children under 12 (tax and gratuity are additional).
Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch: If the lady of the day desires an award-winning brunch, The Westgate will be offering a Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch on Sunday, May 14! Served in the hotel’s beautiful Fontainebleau and Versailles Salons, brunch will feature made to-order-omelets, fresh seafood, gourmet plates, carving and crepe stations, baked breads, pastries and a variety of gourmet desserts. In addition to the delightful feast, the Imperial Bar will serve freshly squeezed juices and endless champagne, mimosas, Bloody Marys and margaritas. The price is $89 for adults and $35 for children under 12 (tax and gratuity are additional).
