Timken Museum Celebrates Costume Design

The Timken Museum of Art and the David C. Copley Center for Costume Design at UCLA collaborated another year to bring six graduate students together to compete in the task of delving into their creative energies. The students were asked to produce a costume inspired by the fourteenth century painting Madonna and Child by di Buonaccorso. The results were magnificent.

The May 7th private preview of the costumes were attended by a select group of fashion-forward supporters of the community.
