Bernard Guillas, The French Master Chef that Woos Your Tastebuds
Since 1994, Chef Bernard Guillas has been responsible for directing the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club’s three restaurants and all catering operations, the Shores Restaurant at the La Jolla Shores Hotel, and the landmark AAA, Four Diamond-Rated Marine Room restaurant.
He is one of the Master Chefs of France having been inducted into the exclusive and elite organization Maitres Cuisiniers de France of which there are only about 200 chefs including personal friend of Bernard, Chef Eric Ripert of the Michelin-starred Le Bernadin in NY & Patrick Ponsanty, our 2nd Master Chef here in San Diego.
Chef Bernard Guillas, along with his Chef du Cuisine Ron Oliver, is also the author of two books. Flying Pans, Two Chefs, One World and his latest book, Two Chefs, One Catch, A Culinary Exploration of Seafood.
