Pacific Standard Coastal Kitchen in Little Italy will be transitioning with a new chef and a new focus. Chef Stephen Gage who hails from the kitchens of Azul, La Valencia, Underbelly and most recently, Blind Lady Ale House, will continue to drive the ethos of using the best local and fresh ingredients available at Pacific Standard.
Chef Stephen will focus the direction of the menu toward the sea which is a perfect fit. The variety of seafood we have access to in San Diego is second to none and guests to our beautiful city should know that.
The Cur8eur has been following this chef throughout the years and watched his skills sharpen through the very different concepts in which he’s been involved. He is a well-liked chef in the community and will be a great addition to Pacific Standard.
