Chef Brad Wise at Hundred Proof, located in the vibrant neighborhood of University Heights, was inspired by hisMama’s Overnight Baked French Toast that she would make every holiday morning. He’d wake up early to the aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg which soaked into the French baguettes overnight and couldn’t wait to bite into the crispy, buttery caramelized edges. Stop by on Mother’s Day for their brunch from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
