Chef Fabrizio Cavallini, Executive Chef & Co-Founder of Bencotto, was born and raised in Emilia Romagna, a famous Italian region celebrated for its culinary excellence. All of his dishes are inspired by his mother’s traditional cooking with a modern interpretation. For Mother’s Day, Chef Fabrizio will be serving up a Lobster Ravioli and Stuff Cheese Gnocchi with truffle sauce that will win over mom’s heart and appetite. Bencotto will be open for brunch on Mother’s Day from 11:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
