Noche de Gala is Corazon de Vida’s flagship fundraising event in San Diego, taking place on Saturday, November 11th, 2023, at the iconic U.S. Grant Hotel. This year’s soiree will boast a cinema-inspired theme of times past, Hollywood’s Golden Age, highlighting a time when films of the 1930’s-1960’s inspired everyone to dream big and wish upon a star. The evening is set to begin with a champagne greeting in the beautiful Bivouac Ballroom, featuring tastings of premium brand mezcal and wine, paired with period-informed live music. Exciting silent and live auctions are to be expected. A sit-down dinner and program will follow in the historic Presidential Ballroom. The event will attract over 350 caring and purpose-driven people, all bound by their desire to make a difference in the lives of children with the hope of a bright future.

About Corazon de Vida Foundation (CDV)
Since its founding in 1994, Corazon de Vida has been on a mission to end child abandonment by breaking the vicious cycle of poverty. We provide life-changing support to orphaned and abandoned children in Baja through a network of 10+ orphanages that provide a loving home to over 500 children. The orphanages we support are all located within a couple of hours from the Mexico/ San Diego border, giving us the ability to stay connected and aware of their most pressing needs. Support covers food, shelter, utilities, care, and education needs for K-12 students, as well as scholarships to university & trade school for teens that have aged out of the orphanage system. We are creating future leaders that will in turn make their communities and country better and safer for those that follow.
