The New Children's Museum
September 4 | 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm
Join Mingei International Museum at The New Children’s Museum to celebrate Dia de la Raza by creating Mexican folk art-inspired Picado de Papel. Traditionally “Picado de Papel” (meaning “perforated paper” in Spanish) is used as decor for celebrations. Cut designs out of tissue paper and string them together to create a colorful display. Workshop is free with Museum admission.
