Thankfully, it’s possible to manage and heal stress, during the pandemic and beyond! Join Alane Daugherty, PhD, for this free 6-part online video course on skills and strategies rooted in mindfulness, neurobiology, and positive psychology that are clinically proven to help develop emotional resilience. Based on her book “Unstressed,” this video course will include powerful insights from Dr. Daugherty to help you find calm, happiness, and vitality.
