Hop over to 20|Twenty — a coastal restaurant tucked away at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa — for Easter Brunch this year where Executive Chef Julian Quiñones and his team are whipping up a delightful spring menu for the whole family. A variety of the season’s dishes from locally sourced vendors will be available in classic brunch form including made to order omelets, a raw bar featuring crab legs, oysters and poke, a meat carving station and more. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the waffle, scones and donut station, and the mindful eaters can enjoy the Antipasto Display or farm-fresh Baja Omelet. The Herb Crusted Slow Roasted Prime Rib and Citrus & Dill Cured Gravlox cater to the savory brunch lovers. A children’s menu will also be available for younger ones.
Reservations for 20|Twenty’s Easter Brunch are available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2020. Pricing is $96 per adult and $30 for children ages 12 and under. 20|Twenty will reopen at 5 p.m. for a coastal dinner with global cuisine and classic sunset.
