Looking for a cool-down from a hot summer day, and a full meal to pair with it? Come enjoy a delectable 4-course meal at West Coast Tavern to continue your long summer days into the night! Our new summer Beer, BBQ and Blues menu, crafted by Chef Abe Botello, features four craveable dishes that boast flavor and comfort; each paired with a signature Lagunitas Craft Beer. Blues musician Joey from Lady Dotty and the Diamonds will be performing live throughout the evening.

Beer, BBQ And Blues Dinner: Wednesday, July 27 at 7pm

Course One

Start your experience with the first course, which is a fried green tomato combined with a whipped feta cream, corn, heirloom tomatoes and an assortment of herbs to bring a twist to traditional fried comfort food. Complemented with the crisp pairing of the Czech Style Pilsner, you will be ready to get the night started!

Course Two

Move on to the second course with a smooth transition into the hoppy Lil Sumpin Ale. Continue this backyard BBQ-inspired course with a Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Butter, and Ale Poached Langoustine. Finish off this delicious course with a round of intricately prepared veggies, including Creamed Celery Root and Green Pea Beurre Blanc.

Course Three

Kick back and relax with the third course, as we introduce the rich and welcoming Lagunitas IPA. Dive head first into a plate of the Smoked Wild Boar Ribs with a fruity Guava BBQ sauce. Finished off with Dirty Rice and a Yukon Gold Potato Puree for the sides, this course is sure to get your mouth watering!

Course Four

To conclude your night on a sweet note, the fourth course offers a Grilled Stone Fruit Cobbler topped with a Lagunitas imperial stout ice cream, complemented by an ice-cold glass of the malty Lagunitas Imperial Stout. This twist on high-end comfort food is the perfect way to end a beautiful summer day!
