Underground Cool in Tijuana, TKP
You’ve been hearing plenty about The Kitchen Project as one of the coolest tickets in town but you haven’t gone yet? They are celebrating 4 years on Wednesday, September 27th. Photographer Josue Castro, began the pop up dinner in his studio loft inviting chef friends to come and cook whatever they wanted for a small intimate gathering. Chef Karla Navarro was his Culinary Director and the pair had a great vision together.
Since then it has exploded and taken off. Karla is currently in Paris creaitng a new menu for a Mexican restaurant in the City of Lights so I caught up with the Interim Culinary Director, Torrey Stepp, to give you a sense of what you’re missing. 😉
