What a great bunch of guests we had for this latest edition! We saw a few NEW faces at the dinner and had some incredible conversations with Brandon Allen and Vanessa Corrales, two cannabis aficionados.
We were very excited to welcome our guest chefs Kristianna Zabala of Nomad Donuts and Gustavo Camacho of Supernatural Sandwiches to our network of talent that has proven to be among a small group that is dedicated to bringing fine dining explorations to the cannabis audience in a responsible way.
The first in the series of dinners will start with a kamayan of traditional foods. A kamayan is the Filipino tradition of eating with your hands. Future dinners will explore different regions of Philippines in a progression from casual traditional to modern fine dining interpretations.
Special pop ups will feature cultural cross-overs with Filipino cuisine that will pique your curiousity. We can’t wait to share our food with you. Salamat.
*Because of the nature of the dinner, food preferences and sensitivities cannot be accommodated. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thanks for understanding.
Check out the video below from our friend Nicole Ponseca who has been creating kamayan feasts for NYC slickers for years! She’ll nshow you how to eat with your hands 😉
