Sushi was the name of the game at the first Collaboration Kitchen of 2016 at Catalina Offshore Products. This chef demonstration event brings chefs in from all over the region to show participants how they can create some of their tasty goods at home. Each dish created live also gets shared with each attendee. There is no going home hungry for this crowd.

At the January event, three well-respected sushi chefs shared their passions and knowledge about the fish and ingredients they use in their restaurants. The guest chefs were Rob Ruiz of Land & Water Company (Carlsbad), Davin Waite of Wrench & Rodent (Oceanside) & Anthony Pascale of Saiko Sushi (Coronado).
