“My mom’s Baked French Toast, she only made it on Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings. My brother and I loved waking up on cold South Jersey holiday mornings and smelling the cinnamon and nutmeg aromatics the French Toast released while baking.”
TRUST is located in the community of Hillcrest in central San Diego. The restaurant delivers a contemporary design reminiscent of mid-century modern aesthetic with pops of color throughout. The food is described as urban rustic with an emphasis on wood-fired dishes and local, seasonal ingredients.
