Barrel Smoker Dinner Series V: The Paella Edition

Baja Wine + Food & Planet Rooth Design Haus present the Barrel Smoker Dinners Series, a bohemian rendezvous with the Masters of Food & Wine.

Two-time World Food Champion Ricardo Heredia and Paella Master Carlos Cervantes will be featured in the 5th edition of the series. Both chefs will be using the iQ Oak Barrel Smoker, the revolutionary smoking device designed by Swedish master craftsman Gustaf Anders Rooth.

Truly Fine Baja Wines by Lomita and Villa Montefiori/Paoloni Wines and Baja craft beer by Agua Mala will also be featured. Tickets are still on sale at EVENTBRITE.
