Animalón, Under El Arbol

Chef Javier Plascencia is one busy guy. I hear it’s hot in Todos Santos in the summer time, so you’ll be seeing a lot of him in the next few months.

For you oenophiles and food fanatics, Animalón is another wonderful reason to head to Valle de Guadalupe (like you needed one). 60 guests will gather under the shade of El Arbol, the hundred-year-old oak tree bordering the Magoni Vineyards at Finca Altozano. An incredible eight course meal will be served at two seatings Thursday, Friday & Saturday from July 27th – September 9th.
