San Diegans enjoy their sunny days especially after a week of clouds and chill. Last Sunday, April 15th, thousands made their trek through the peninsula to enjoy a Day at the Docks. The docks were filled with families running from booth to booth and scheduled activities for everyone. The various stages showcased fishing seminars and catch, prep & cook ideas sponsored by Catalina Offshore & Specialty Produce. Kiddies had fun on boat rides and mini fishing pools while the big boys competed in Casting Competitions. Ocean themed art, fishing and boating products and all sorts of other goodies filled the booths.
