A Week of Festivities
Each year, the San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival ( the best food festival of the year) coordinates a luncheon with Chef Bernard Guillas at the ocean-front Marine Room in La Jolla, California and each year it sells out quickly. Chef Bernard brings together an impressive lineup of chefs to create a delicious lunch event focused on the sea and sustainability. This year’s event was a perfect symphony of excellent service, timing between courses and harmonious pairings of French rosé with each course.
The week is filled with several unique food events, wine events, conferences and panels. There is something for everyone including a TKO taco event. Next up for us is the Grand Tasting on Saturday being held at the Embarcadero on the bay in downtown San Diego. Tickets are still available.
