Chef Chad White of Plancha Baja Med & Chef Diego Hernandez of Corazon de Tierra had a busy Tuesday night at Analog in the Gaslamp. The two hosted a pop-up dinner that filled up very quickly! By chance, we were in the area and decided to pop in and say hello!
Several chefs like Chef Dawn Parks from Wild Thyme Company and event architect Chef Andrew Spurgin were present to show their support along with several of the local foodies like the Walther-Meades. We wonder who in the family takes the title as Champion Foodie Fanatic, Yolanda S. Walther Meade or brother, Carlos Walther-Meade?
